Most teams book the seated team building workshop. For parties, launches and client events, the perfume bar lets guests drop in and blend at their own pace — a unique team building format for larger groups.

How a team building session runs
60–90 minutes from the first scent strip to a bottle with each person's chosen name on it.

Arrival and the palette (10 min) The team explores a palette of 35+ natural scents while Lalla explains top, heart and base notes.

Discover your scent personality (15 min) Scent strips in pairs or small groups: each person finds what they love and what they don't, then compares with colleagues. The first surprises, and the first laughs.

Blend (30 min) Each person composes their own formula drop by drop, with guidance.

Bottle and name (10 min) 30 ml bottled and labelled (with your logo if you choose branded labels); every formula is recorded.

Close (5 min) Everyone smells everyone's perfume, and the bottles go home.

Team building workshop pricing
Priced per person by group size for a session at our studio, with everything in the list above included: the perfumer, the materials and a 30 ml bottle each. At your office or venue, on-site service, setup and travel are added in your proposal, depending on the location and the setup. Your proposal also confirms the date and any add-ons such as branded labels.

Every session is taught by Lalla A.D., founder and head perfumer of ARTEI PHIRE — a professional Nose with a biochemistry background who composes the ARTEI PHIRE collection from natural materials. Your team learns a real craft from the person who practises it, and leaves with a perfume they made.

Why it works for teams
Your team gets to know each other through scent. Everyone has a scent personality: the notes they love and the ones they can't stand. In the workshop each person discovers theirs, and the team discovers each other's — who reaches for citrus, who loves smoky woods, who can't bear vanilla. Colleagues see a side of each other that work never shows, and it's interactive and fun from the first scent strip. Team bonding that happens on its own.
A workshop, not an obstacle course. Many team building activities reward the loudest or the fittest. Here everyone participates equally: each person composes their own perfume, at their own pace, side by side. Can we get an invoice or pay by PO?
Yes. Invoices and purchase orders are welcome; a deposit holds your date and the balance follows the agreement.
Can we put our logo on the bottles?
Yes. Branded labels with your logo are an add-on, designed with you before the session.
Is it suitable for people who don't wear perfume?
Yes. Unlike many team building activities, the session is about creating; the blends are unisex and made from natural materials.
Is it a good team bonding activity?
Yes, it's what we notice most in our sessions. Each person discovers their scent personality, the notes they love and the ones they don't, and colleagues get to know each other from a new side. It's interactive and fun, and calm enough that people leave relaxed.
Do you run weekday sessions?
Yes. Weekdays are our corporate days, when we run most team building events.
Is it a good holiday party activity?
It is our most-booked occasion. December dates close mid-November.
Can remote teams join?
No. The workshop is in person only.
What do you need from our venue?
At minimum, one table per 6–8 people (so the number of tables follows your headcount), access to power, good light and 30 minutes for setup.
