01 — Share Your Wedding Vision
Contact us by Email/Instagram/FB/Phone and begin by completing our Wedding Perfume Bar Questionnaire. Tell us about your wedding date, venue, number of guests, preferred perfume experience, and the details that will make your celebration uniquely yours.
02 — Receive Your Bespoke Proposal
Every wedding is different. Based on your selections, our team will curate a personalized Wedding Perfume Bar experience and provide a tailored quotation reflecting your event and chosen services.
03 — Confirm Your Experience
Once your proposal is approved, we prepare a service agreement detailing your selected experience, event requirements, and all arrangements for your wedding day.
04 — Reserve Your Wedding Date
A deposit invoice is issued to secure your reservation. Once the signed agreement and deposit are received, your date is officially reserved and our team begins preparing your bespoke fragrance experience.
05 — We Prepare the Details
From the fragrance selection and perfume-making elements to the presentation of your bar, each detail is thoughtfully prepared ahead of your celebration. The remaining balance is invoiced according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.
