What your guests will experience
A beautifully designed fragrance station with 12 signature blends, each built from up to 20+ natural scents across floral, fresh and citrus, woody, amber, gourmand and soft musk families. It's the wedding entertainment your guests will talk about: no experience needed, 5 to 10 minutes per guest, and everyone comes and goes at their own pace. Some planners call it a scent bar or a perfume station.

Perfume bar or seated workshop?
Most weddings book the perfume bar. For a bridal shower, a rehearsal dinner or a smaller celebration, a seated workshop gives everyone a place at the table.

Wedding perfume bar pricing
Every proposal is custom. Your quote is built around your guest count, the bottle size you choose, your venue and the service time. Smaller bottle sizes come with lower pricing, and offering one perfume per couple or household keeps larger weddings within budget.
Everything is in your proposal: the perfumer and the station, the natural blends, bottles and personalised labels, on-site service, setup and travel. Nothing is added afterwards.
Reserving your date: a 30% deposit, paid when you sign the contract once you've agreed on your proposal. Everything is discussed with you in advance.
Make it yours
Not every wedding needs a full-size bottle. We offer several sizes, from a 5 ml mini wedding favour and a 10 ml travel size to a 30 ml full-size perfume, plus custom wedding editions. We recommend the best fit for your guest count and budget in your proposal.
One of the most-loved parts of a custom perfume bar. Labels can carry your names, your wedding date, a monogram or your wedding logo, guest names and a personal message. Every design is created in advance to match your wedding, and we show you examples to choose from.
Luxury gift boxes, organza or cotton pouches, satin ribbon, wedding favour bags and custom thank-you cards. We help you choose the presentation that suits your wedding style.
Our 12 signature blends, each built from up to 20+ natural scents, are grouped into collections: Floral (elegant, romantic, timeless), Citrus (bright, uplifting, clean), Woody (warm, sophisticated, modern) and more. Every blend is unisex, and you can ask for specific scents in your inquiry.
When the perfume bar runs
The perfume bar fits naturally into your wedding day, and guests take part at their own pace while they mingle.
For 100 guests or more, we usually run two blending stations with two team members, across cocktail hour and into the reception, and many couples choose one perfume per couple or household so the flow stays relaxed.

How much does a wedding perfume bar cost?
Every proposal is custom: it depends on your guest count, the bottle size, your venue and the service time, and smaller bottle sizes cost less. Send the form and we reply with your proposal within one business day.
How many guests can the perfume bar serve?
From intimate weddings of 20 guests to receptions of 200 or more. For larger weddings we run two stations and extend the service time.
How long does each guest spend at the scent bar?
About 5 to 10 minutes. Guests come and go during cocktail hour or the reception.
Can the perfume bar replace wedding favours?
Yes. Instead of a favour on every table, your guests create one together and leave with a personalised perfume in a wedding favour bag.
Are the perfumes natural?
Yes. Our blends are botanical and natural, from the same materials Lalla uses in the ARTEI PHIRE collection.
Can guests choose any scent?
Guests blend from our 12 signature blends, each built from up to 20+ natural scents, across floral, citrus, woody and other families. You can request specific scents in your inquiry.
Can the bottles be personalised?

Where do you travel?
Across British Columbia and Alberta: Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Whistler, Victoria, the Okanagan, Calgary and Edmonton. Travel and on-site service are quoted in your proposal.
How far in advance should we book?
Tell us your date as soon as you have it and we check availability. A 30% deposit, paid when you sign the contract, reserves your date, and you can add guests up to one week before the wedding.
Do you do corporate or holiday events?
Yes. The same perfume bar runs at corporate parties, launches and holiday events, and we run seated team building workshops. See corporate events.
Can the bride create her own wedding-day perfume?
Yes. In the bridal signature scent session, the bride composes the scent she'll wear on her wedding day with Lalla, alone or with up to 3 guests from her bridal party.
What do you need from the venue?
A covered, level area, at least one stable 6 ft table (a second helps for two stations), access to power and about 90 minutes to set up before guests arrive. We confirm the details with your venue.
