We'll design a bespoke Wedding Perfume Bar experience tailored exclusively for your celebration.

 

Booking & Payment Terms

To ensure your Wedding Perfume Bar is reserved exclusively for your special day, the following booking process applies:

Booking Confirmation

Once you've chosen your preferred date and agree with our quote, we will send you:

• A Service Agreement (Contract of Services) outlining the details of your Wedding Perfume Bar experience.

• An invoice for the reservation deposit.

Your booking is considered confirmed once the signed contract and reservation deposit have been received.

Reservation Deposit

A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit secures your wedding date and allows us to begin planning, preparing materials, designing personalized labels (if applicable), sourcing bottles and packaging, and reserving our team exclusively for your event.

The reservation deposit is credited toward the total cost of your Wedding Perfume Bar experience and will be deducted from your final balance.

Final Guest Count & Payment

We understand that wedding guest numbers often change during the planning process.

Your final guest count can be confirmed closer to your wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two (2) weeks before your wedding, once your final attendance has been confirmed.

At that time, a final invoice will be issued based on the confirmed number of guests (or perfumes) included in your selected package.

Additional Guests

If additional guests are added after the final invoice has been issued, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability and preparation time. Additional charges may apply.
